PLACING AN ORDER

Once we receive your order we aim to dispatch items within 2 working days

PAYMENT

Payment are processed via secure Shopify payments or PayPal.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free standard UK delivery on all orders over £25 If you choose standard delivery at checkout, then your order will be sent via Royal Mail 48 (2-3 working days) after dispatch. Heavier items will be sent via a courier or Royal Mail 48 hr Tracked, these items will require a signature.

If you choose a safe place with the courier, this is done at your own risk, we are not held responsible for any lost items.

PAID FOR SHIPPING
For all orders under £25 there is a charge of £3.49 if standard delivery is chosen at checkout

EXPRESS SHIPPING
There is an option to upgrade to Royal Mail 24 (1-2 working days) after dispatch for an additional £1.99 this option is also available to add to free shipping threshold

COLLECTION

If you are local to us, then you are welcome to collect your order from us any weekday (except bank holidays) Just drop us an email at info@presentdaysonline.co.uk to arrange collection

SHIPPING CUT OFF
Dispatch time for orders is up to 3 working days.
We do not ship items out on weekends or bank holidays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We don't currently offer delivery outside the UK, but it may be something we offer in the future
